Terms and Conditions
1. The Visa Click to Pay Online Shopping Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion") is valid from 17 July 2026 to 30 October 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is open to holders of valid Visa credit cards, debit cards or co-branded Visa cards issued in Hong Kong ("Eligible Visa Card"), including both principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders").
3. The Promotion is applicable to transactions made at the following online store (collectively referred to as the "Participating Merchants"):

4. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who make a single net transaction of HK$500 or above at any Participating Merchant using Visa Click to Pay with an Eligible Visa Card ("Eligible Transaction") will be entitled to HK$50 cashback ("Cashback"). Eligible Transaction amount shall be calculated based on the final payment amount after deducting all discounts, promotional offers, coupons, store credits, refunds and other deductions.
5. The Promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis while quotas last. Eligibility will be determined based on the transaction date and time recorded in Visa's system, which shall be final and binding.
6. Each Eligible Visa Card is entitled to a maximum of nine (9) Cashback rewards per month throughout the Promotion Period, up to a maximum Cashback amount of HK$450. Principal cards and supplementary cards will be treated as separate Eligible Visa Cards for the purpose of this Promotion.
7. The following transactions are not considered Eligible Transactions:
• Transactions not completed via Visa Click to Pay;
• Transactions made through third-party payment platforms or digital wallets, including but not limited to PayPal, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Apple Pay and Google Pay;
• Purchases of gift cards, cash vouchers, stored-value products or prepaid products; and
• Any unposted, cancelled, refunded, reversed or suspicious transactions.
8. All Cashback rewards will be credited directly by Visa to the relevant Eligible Visa Card account. Cashback will be issued within 45 business days after the relevant Eligible Transaction has been successfully posted. Eligible Transactions and Cashback credits may appear in different statement cycles.
9. If any Eligible Transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed, returned or fails to be successfully posted before Cashback fulfilment, such transaction shall no longer be eligible for Cashback. If Cashback has already been awarded, Visa reserves the right to debit an amount equivalent to the Cashback awarded from the relevant Eligible Visa Card account without prior notice.
10. Eligible Cardholders must maintain a valid Eligible Visa Card and keep the relevant card account in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time Cashback is awarded.
11. Eligible Cardholders must retain all relevant transaction records and payment receipts for verification purposes. Visa reserves the right to request supporting documents and transaction records for validation. Any documents submitted will not be returned.
12. Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, points, other products, services or discounts, and is non-transferable.
13. All Cashback rewards are administered and fulfilled directly by Visa. Any enquiries relating to Cashback eligibility, fulfilment arrangements, transaction records or the Promotion should be directed to Visa. Visa shall determine eligibility based on its transaction records, and Visa's records shall be final and binding.
14. If an Eligible Cardholder is found to have engaged in any misconduct, fraud, abuse, manipulation of transactions, use of improper methods to participate in the Promotion, or violation of these Terms and Conditions, Visa and/or the Participating Merchants reserve the right to disqualify the cardholder, refuse to issue the Cashback, cancel any Cashback already issued, and take legal action where appropriate.
15. For any enquiries relating to Visa card functions, Visa Click to Pay setup, activation or technical support, cardholders should contact Visa or their issuing bank directly. Participating Merchants are not responsible for handling any issues relating to Visa card functions or the Click to Pay service.
16. Visa/or the Participating Merchants reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Visa/or the Participating Merchants reserves the right of final decision.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
